The Opportunity: Engineering the Future of Healthcare

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Machine Learning Engineer 1 who knows how to think big and execute with precision. You won't just be experimenting in a vacuum; you will be leading the design and deployment of scalable ML solutions that live at the heart of our platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and production engineering, ensuring that our "bold innovations" are robust, reliable, and ready to create customer delight for thousands of healthcare providers.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Drive End-to-End Excellence: Lead the development of ML models from data collection and preprocessing to production-grade deployment and monitoring.
• Make Things Happen: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into high-impact ML solutions.
• Build Robust Pipelines: Implement and manage sophisticated ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow to ensure our models are always performing at their peak.
• Ensure Reliability: Design automated monitoring and drift detection strategies—because in healthcare, accuracy and reliability aren't optional.
• Optimize for Performance: Fine-tune models for latency and memory to ensure a seamless experience for doctors in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Champion CI/CD: Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services to maintain a gold standard for model deployment and versioning.
  
  

• Technical Mastery: Strong Python skills and deep hands-on experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• The Engineer’s Mindset: A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML theory.
• MLOps Fluency: Experience with MLflow, Airflow, Weights & Biases, or similar tools.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proficiency in AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), Azure, or GCP.
• Data Power: A strong background in data pipelines and processing using Spark, PySpark, or SQL.
• DevOps Foundation: Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  
  

• Experience working in regulated domains (Healthcare experience is a major plus!).
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or NLP models.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or feature stores.
• A track record of mentoring and helping others grow.
