Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement cutting-edge AI features
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously researching and applying state-of-the-art techniques to enhance our AI-driven platform.
• Architect and develop the most accurate AI models for numerical problem solving, image-to-text convertors, text-to-video generators, and many more
• applications.
• Champion agile methodologies and mentor junior engineers to ensure seamless AI model integration.
• Dive into model debugging, and optimization, and actively contribute to improving existing
• AI models performance.
• Develop rigorous testing protocols to guarantee the robustness and accuracy of our AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, preferably with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI
• Proficiency in working with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, or similar and hugging face models.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and tools with AWS/GCP/Azure knowledge
