Job Requirement:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong background on React.js, Node.js , C# /Java
• Strong Hanson on AWS cloud
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub/Gitlab
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and innovation abilities
• Team manage experience of size 10+
• Problem solving and innovation abilities
• Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies.
• Deep Knowledge and expertise working in agile teams
• Excellent Experience in creating Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.
• Excellent Experience in continuous delivery processes and tools
Ability to coach developers, testers and DevOPS engineers.

Good to have skills:

• Familiar with development tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, maven
• Security

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Enforces the scrum process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executed
• Helping the scrum team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
• Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product
• Focusses upon the supervision of a team, who perform development, testing and DevOPS activities
• Ensures on time, best quality and secure delivery
• Communicate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ensures delivery KPIs are delivered as per agreement
• Algins team goals with organisation goal and work towards betterment of team as well the delivery
• Solution designing HLD creating, Code reviews Individual contribution on delivery . 80% work on the technology and 20% scrum and people management.
