Senior Manual QA Engineer

Location: Pune, Hadapsar, Magarpatta City

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in office per week

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our quality engineering team in Pune. This role requires strong hands-on manual testing expertise, deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, and the ability to work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product managers, developers, and QA teams on a daily basis
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and assist in debugging issues across environments
• Validate application behavior across different operating systems and environments
• Ensure high-quality releases by identifying risks early and driving defect resolution
• Continuously improve test processes, documentation, and quality standards
  
  
  

• 6–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Solid experience working in Scrum / Agile testing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very comfortable working directly with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux/macOS environments
• Proven debugging and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to overlap working hours with U.S. teams as required
• Based in Pune or willing to work from Pune (mandatory)
