About The Role
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably from product-based companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing, with added exposure to casual gaming or edtech products being a significant plus.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to prepare detailed test cases and test plans.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure product quality and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved and prior to releases.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Provide inputs on usability and user experience from a QA standpoint.
- 5+ years of manual testing experience in a product-based environment.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing.
- Proven experience in writing and executing comprehensive test cases.
- Proficient in bug tracking tools like JIRA, Mantis, or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries for backend validation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in casual gaming and/or edtech domain.
- Understanding of gameplay mechanics, game flows, and performance testing for gaming products.
- Exposure to cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Basic understanding of automation concepts (bonus, not mandatory).
