Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer, who will be responsible for creating and implementing manual test cases for our software Products to ensure the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will create and execute comprehensive and efficient manual tests, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Creating and maintaining manual test cases for both features and regression testing
• Refining User Story requirements and parameters to identify inconsistencies or gaps in requirements
• Providing accurate estimates on scope and duration of testing of specific features and regression
• Identifying, prioritizing, reporting, and tracking all issues that arise during a testing cycle
• Working with a QA Lead, QA Automation Engineers, and Manual QA testers in an Agile environment to ensure QA testing is comprehensive and timely
• Working with technical development counterparts, as well as with non-technical Business Analysts
• Obtaining company sponsored certification(s) for applicable products
• Willing to learn automation tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cypress or Playwright (if required)

Requirements

Essential:

• Experience building, maintaining, and executing manual test cases
• Solid understanding of QA Methodologies
• High level of proficiency with Jira and Test management tool like Xray preferred.
• Fluent English written and communication skills
• Looking for 5+ years experience
• Fluent English written and communications skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Java and/or SQL
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
