Required Skills and Qualifications:  5-6 years of professional experience in .NET development with hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.  Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).  Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework.  Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.  Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).  Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills:  Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.  Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.  Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.  Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.  Experience in leading projects and managing deadlines. Key Responsibilities:  Develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications (Web, Desktop, or Cloud-based) using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and other related technologies.  Design and implement software solutions following best practices in software architecture and design patterns.  Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the development of high-quality, scalable applications.  Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.  Oversee the development lifecycle from design through implementation and testing.  Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and following continuous integration practices.  Manage version control using GitHub, handling pull requests, branching strategies, and code merging.  Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure efficiency and scalability.  Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.
