Overview
Act as L3 escalation point for complex issues across SD‑WAN, WAN, LAN, and Wireless environments.
Design, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise‑grade routing, switching, SD‑WAN, and wireless networks including Cisco and Aruba platforms.
Own SD‑WAN architecture and operations, ensuring high availability, redundancy, failover, and optimal traffic steering.
Lead wireless network operations using Aruba Controllers, Aruba Central, and ClearPass, ensuring secure and high‑performance Wi‑Fi.
Perform deep‑dive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
Proactively monitor network performance and drive capacity planning, optimization, and stability improvements.
Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and vendors for escalations, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical issues.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and change management processes for incidents, service requests, and changes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to L1/L2 teams and support transition and knowledge transfer activities.
Participate in network audits and compliance activities, including documentation, evidence collection, and timely submissions.
Maintain and revi ew HLD/LLD, SOPs, network diagrams, and operational documentation.
