Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. PL/SQL Development:
o Design, develop,test, and deploy PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures,triggers,
functions, and packages.
o Optimize database queries and code for better performance and efficiency.
2. Requirement Analysis:
o Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze
business requirements.
o Translate requirements into technical solutions using PL/SQL and database
technologies.
3. Database Maintenance:
o Perform database tuning,indexing, and optimization forimproved performance.
o Support database maintenance activities, including backup and recovery
processes.
4. Client Interaction:
o Conduct client visits as required to discuss requirements, resolve issues, or
provide updates on project progress.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and
clarity.
5. Testing and Documentation:
o Perform unit testing and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
o Maintain proper documentation for scripts, workflows, and database designs.
6. Support and Troubleshooting:
o Provide ongoing supportfor database-related issues and resolve any system
bugs or performance issues.
o Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of database
solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- Experience:
o 5-6 years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
- Technical Skills:
o Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, Oracle databases, and database
design.
o Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
o Familiarity with tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, or similar.
o Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and adaptto hybrid work arrangements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹342,985.60 - ₹1,356,497.96 per year
