Key Responsibilities:
- 7-8 years of experience
- Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter (essential), NeoLoad, or Gatling.
- Analyze system performance — memory, CPU, disk, network, and throughput.
- Design test strategies across load, stress, spike, and endurance scenarios.
- Use APM tools like Elastic APM, Instana, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed performance into the CI/CD process.
- Champion best practices, automation, and innovation in performance testing.
What We’d Love to See:
- Familiarity with Kafka, Couchbase, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
- Exposure to the gaming industry (bonus, not a must).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
