Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel (8 and above) and other PHP frameworks to join our dynamic team. This is an immediate joiner role, and the candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality technical documentation, leading a development team, and contributing to complex development tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for web development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy complex PHP-based applications using Laravel 8+ and other frameworks, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for web applications, optimizing functionality and performance through troubleshooting and debugging.
• Integrate third-party APIs (RESTful, SOAP, GraphQL) and implement web security best practices to safeguard applications against vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
• Collaborate on front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js/Angular) and optimize database performance, addressing bottlenecks to ensure smooth, efficient applications.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards through testing and peer feedback, while using Git for version control, following best practices for branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Lead a development team, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and project progress tracking.

Skills and Qualifications (Required):

• Strong knowledge of PHP and related frameworks like Laravel 8+, CodeIgniter, or Symfony, with extensive experience in designing and developing robust applications.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring seamless user interfaces.
• Proficient in database systems (MySQL, Postgres, MS SQL) with hands-on experience in schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker, facilitating scalable and efficient application deployment.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, API integration (RESTful, SOAP, GraphQL), web security practices, and performance optimization to deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Skills and Qualifications (Preferred):

• Master in PHP frameworks such as Laravel 10 and Symfony for rapid and scalable application development.
• Experience in DevOps or CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Prior experience in team leadership or project management roles is a plus.

Educational and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6+ years of experience in PHP development or a similar senior role.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
