Senior Product Control IT Business Analyst - Kostas team

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Control IT Business Analyst to join the Corporate Functions team within Risk, Product Control, and ESG IT. This role will report directly to the Head of Risk, PC, and ESG IT. Starting from June 2025, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and major project initiatives, specifically focusing on reporting consolidation across three legal entities. Candidates must possess solid experience in an investment banking environment, with a strong understanding of financial products and proven success in Product Control or Finance IT functions.

Main Responsibilities:

This role encompasses diverse responsibilities, including:

• Writing business logic and enhancing dashboards.
• Leading meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborating with teams in Risk, Finance, and IT.
• Gathering requirements and driving process improvements.
• Working hands-on with data, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Familiarity with onboarding new products.
• Supporting regulatory initiatives and streamlining workflows.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Solid experience from an investment banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products across asset classes.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proven success with Product Control or Finance IT functions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
