Key job responsibilities

As Product Manager, you will lead strategic products that power the Operations of our delivery stations worldwide. To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Create the vision and product roadmap that makes delivery station workflows efficient and optimized and realizes our operational strategic vision.

Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment.

Write requirements and specifications and drive the product development schedule from design to release.

Lead cross-functional product efforts across engineering, operations, design, and finance to deliver groundbreaking logistics technology.

Partner with Design and Operational Excellence teams to build interfaces that are simple and accessible to users around the world.

Lead project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program.

Help other product managers by establishing best practices around impact measurement, requirement specifications.

Participate and contribute to long term planning (3 year planning, operating plan for next year) for your area of ownership.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
