Senior Python Developer

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 4-5 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance SaaS-based applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python frameworks like Django and Flask, Microservices architecture, and database management using MySQL/ PostgreSQL. Experience in Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SaaS-based applications in Python using Django/Flask.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture and integrate APIs efficiently.
• Utilize ORM frameworks to manage database operations effectively.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for data management and optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and SaaS architecture.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with Django/Flask.
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in SaaS application development in either Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech.
• Proficiency in ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event-driven architecture and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Exposure to DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and asynchronous programming.
