What You’ll Do

As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling backend systems that power our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable, and secure services that handle real-world logistics complexity at scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs using Golang and/or Python (Flask), based on project needs.
• Architect clean, modular backend systems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Integrate and optimize asynchronous workflows via message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Redis (and Celery for Python tasks).
• Design and manage relational data models and schemas using SQLAlchemy (for Python) or native Go ORM tools alongside databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and security through rigorous testing, monitoring, and logging practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and QA teams to deliver feature-rich, user-focused solutions.
• Drive deployment and CI/CD processes using modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and advocate for engineering excellence within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of strong backend development experience with Python (Flask) and Golang.
• Solid grasp of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous programming.
• Practical knowledge of Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, and SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
