We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer specializing in AI and ML to optimize translation models, focusing on improving industry-specific accuracy for small language models (SLMs) integrated with large language models (LLMs). You will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our AI models, contributing to cutting-edge translation technology that directly impacts various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize AI and ML algorithms for language models.
• Train and refine SLMs to work alongside LLMs for specialized domain accuracy.
• Enhance performance of translation models by handling large-scale datasets and improving model efficiency.
• Collaborate with NLP experts, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning advancements into the product.
• Conduct in-depth testing, debugging, and performance tuning on AI models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize models for real-world use cases, ensuring they deliver industry-specific results with minimal latency.
• Contribute to the end-to-end pipeline, from data preprocessing to deployment, and participate in designing scalable systems for model integration.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Expertise with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Sci-Kit Learn.
• Proficiency in data science libraries: Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Experience working with NLP tools and large datasets for model training.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools, demonstrating a strong learning curve.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of machine learning models, including training, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Background in deep learning, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
• Previous experience with translation systems, NLP products, or language model applications.
• Experience in fine-tuning and optimizing language models for specific domains.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative development practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
