About The Role

We’re building enterprise-grade voice AI agents that handle millions of customer conversations in 18+ languages. As a Senior Python Developer, you’ll take ownership of core backend systems using FastAPI and Flask, while also contributing to our Generative AI stack powering real-time conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs using FastAPI and Flask
• Build scalable microservices and backend systems for voice AI agents
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, and prompt orchestration pipelines
• Collaborate with ML, DevOps, and frontend teams
• Optimize performance, latency, and reliability for high-throughput systems
• Participate in code reviews, technical architecture, and mentoring juniors
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Python backend development
• Strong command of FastAPI and Flask
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Postgres, Redis
• Proficiency in Docker, Git, CI/CD workflows
• Ability to write clean, testable, production-grade code
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs)
• Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS or Voice AI products
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS-based deployments
