Position Description

Senior Quality Engineer

Position Location:

Jaipur

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Conduct functional QA testing for the code wrappers developed by the Engineers to ensure they meet the required standards
• Perform load testing of the code wrappers, considering the business size for which the wrapper will be executed
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional testing, database testing, and performance testing
• Support the Program Manager in facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and addressing technical questions from the brand during the UAT phase
• Conduct production validation on the day of LPR execution to ensure smooth deployment
• Ensure that all issues identified during UAT or after LPR execution are thoroughly tested and resolved with no gaps
• Provide post-execution QA support, verifying that all expected changes have been successfully implemented
• Reach out to the Loyalty Scrum Team for additional assistance or guidance as needed
