Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, client communication, requirement gathering, and project and team management. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge technical execution with business needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts.

Lead the QA efforts across projects ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.

Translate client requirements into actionable QA and development tasks.

Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle for assigned projects.

Handle stakeholder communication and set expectations around timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate and lead a team of QA engineers; mentor and support junior team members.

Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Track project progress, manage timelines, and report status to leadership and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.

Strong experience in writing and executing automated test scripts.

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Proven experience in client communication and business requirement gathering.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.

ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.

Knowledge of performance or security testing tools is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
