Senior QA/QC Engineer (3+ Years)

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior QC who acts as the guardrails of clarity and quality, with deep manual testing strength and strong product thinking.

Automation is a bonus — clarity and quality ownership are the priority.

What You’ll Own

• Clarity & Quality Ownership
• Own quality and clarity for assigned modules.
• Actively identify:
• Ambiguous requirements
• Missing edge cases
• Risky assumptions
• Drive clarity before development starts.
• Call out release risks early and clearly.

Manual Testing Excellence

• Lead functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Design high-impact test scenarios.
• Focus on real user journeys, not scripts.
• Catch issues developers didn’t anticipate.
• Collaboration Where It Matters
• Sit in grooming, planning, and design discussions.
• Ask uncomfortable but necessary questions.
• Communicate quality risks clearly and calmly.
• Be part of release decisions.**

Must-Have Skills : Strong experience in:

• Web & mobile testing
• API testing
• Database validation
• SDLC / STLC
• Test design & defect lifecycle
• Proven ability to improve clarity before execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Jira or equivalent tools.

Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory) : Automation exposure:

• Playwright / Selenium / Cypress
• API automation
• CI/CD awareness.
• Performance testing basics.
• Interest in automation (future growth path).
