We're Hiring: TPI QA/QC Senior Inspection Engineer – Gujarat

Location: Gujarat | 8 Hr/Shift | Contract-Based Deputation

Exciting opportunity for experienced QA/QC professionals to join our inspection team for a critical pre-shutdown and post-shutdown project in refinery and petrochemical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections for piping, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, boilers, and tanks.
• Oversee hydro and pneumatic testing, mechanical clearance, and internal/external inspections.
• Verify WPS/PQR, witness NDTs (RT, UT, MPT, DPT, PAUT), and interpret radiographs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during shutdowns.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Diploma with 15+ years OR Degree with 10+ years in QA/QC inspection (fabrication, erection, shutdown projects).

Certifications:

• ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MPT, DPT
• API 510 and/or API 570 (Trained/Certified)
• CSWIP and/or AWS Welding Inspector (Trained/Certified)

Standards Knowledge:

• ASME BPVC Sec II, V, VIII Div 1, IX
• ASME B31.3, API 510, API 570
• OISD & IBR standards
