This position reports to

R&D Team Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

The work model for the role is Hybrid

This role is contributing to the PAEN team based out in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing high-quality software architecture and design and identifying, prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle
• Developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code and automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Reviewing and debuging code, leading and supervising other team members and documenting software programs with necessary flow charts and depiction so as ensure the maintenance.
• Performing validation and verification testing, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products and ensuring software is up-to-date with latest technologies
• Managing the budgets and timelines of projects and supporting the project and product management to deliver the objectives on time, quality and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 5- 10 years of experience
• Working in Software Development for Industrial automation & knowledge of any DCS/PLC/SCADA applications will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with experience developing web applications & Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Entity framework, Vue3
• Strong knowledge of SQL, IIS and UI/UX design & Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure / DevOps
