Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with design, backend, and QA teams to develop and deploy new app features.
- Write efficient and maintainable React Native code for iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate external SDKs and APIs such as video conferencing, voice tools, and AI.
- Build and manage reusable components that work seamlessly across devices.
- Maintain CI/CD workflows for uninterrupted delivery and deployment.
- Use cloud platforms (preferably AWS) to build scalable and reliable systems.
- Review, debug, and enhance app performance and responsiveness.
- Keep up with emerging trends in mobile app development and share knowledge with the team.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React fundamentals, and cross-platform mobile development.
- Solid experience with third-party SDKs and tools (video, audio, AI integrations).
- Understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS) and CI/CD setup.
- Proven ability to develop modular and performance-optimized components.
- Experience in healthcare or caregiving domain is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum work environments.
- Experience in mobile debugging/performance profiling tools.
- Understanding of RESTful services and backend integrations.
