About the Role
Join our dynamic Analytics & Insights team and help drive U4B's objectives using self-serve analytics and data-driven strategies. In this role, you will deliver in-depth analytics and insights for Uber for Business (U4B), covering essential reporting functions such as forecasting, whitespace analysis, and book penetration. You will also support global sales teams by collaborating with cross-functional partners to equip leadership with critical, data-backed insights for decision-making.

In this role, you will deliver in-depth analytics and insights for Uber for Business (U4B), covering essential reporting functions such as forecasting, whitespace analysis, and book penetration. You will also support global sales teams by collaborating with cross-functional partners to equip leadership with critical, data-backed insights for decision-making.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales forecasting for the Sales Operations team.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to refine forecasting models and gather insights.
- Identify forecast risks and opportunities, providing actionable strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting data frameworks, dashboards, and tools to drive revenue growth across Growth, HCV and Transit teams. Leverage advanced AI tools to enhance data analysis and continuously optimize reporting processes.
What the Candidate will need
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment. STEM is a must.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills to manage large sets of unstructured data and synthesize them into business insights using Excel or Google Suite. Advanced Analytics (regression analysis, clustering, classification, and time series forecasting).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/seaborn for creating insightful visualizations.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive for handling large datasets. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple projects effectively ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects.
