Technical Leadership
- Lead projects as a technical lead, driving architecture decisions and ensuring code quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for development teams
- Collaborate directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and provide expert consultation
- Oversee project delivery timelines and technical & Implementation :
- Perform hands-on development work using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Build scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high development & Team Development :
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and career development
- Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge sharing workshops
- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the development team
- Support team members in overcoming technical Qualifications :
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record in the software service industry
- Experience in technical leadership or team lead Skills :
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
- Proficient in MongoDB database design and management
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows
