Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Infios . In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product development initiatives, driving technical excellence and innovation across our cloud-native ecosystem.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Design and development of scalable, resilient software solutions using Python, leveraging the FastAPI or Sanic frameworks.
• Develop and optimize data models and queries for MongoDB and RDBMS databases.
• Build and maintain robust, real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Implement and manage caching strategies using Redis to enhance application performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Ensure high code hygiene and quality by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, maintaining high test case code coverage.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure systems are scalable and reliable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver features from concept to production.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices in coding, design, and testing.
  
  

• 5+ years in software development roles with progressive responsibility.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and its frameworks.
• Proven experience with MongoDB and at least one RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience using Redis for caching.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), including common services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2, Cloud Functions).
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
  

• Knowledge of the supply chain domain.
• Experience managing or supporting production environments.
• Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, Node.js).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
