- We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in SQL and two (2) years of Delphi programming. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions that meet the needs of our organization. As a Senior Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software applications.
- Delphi Development: Lead and actively participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using Delphi.
- SQL Scripts: Develop and test scripts that load demographic, charge, and surgery schedule data into the billing platform to automate the data entry function.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and overall quality of software deliverables.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative development environment.
- System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, coding, and testing processes.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years SQL experience and Two (2) years Delphi experience.
- Hands-on industry experience in software application development for Information Technology, revenue cycle management, and/or interface development, preferred.
- Experience in working with MS Applications including SQL query, MS Office, and Visual Studio, preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
- Basic touch 10 key skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
