Senior Software Developer (MERN Stack)

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer (Lead) to oversee and drive the development of robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers, provide technical direction, ensure best coding practices, and actively participate in solving complex development challenges. You should be proficient across all stages of web application development and capable of architecting scalable and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Mentor and guide a team of MERN developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Define and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
• Continuously improve system architecture and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GCP, Docker and other technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound technical decisions under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
