Position: Senior Software Developer
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)
Shift: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in .NET technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our product offerings.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP. NET, MVC, etc.)
- Proficient in database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.).
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
