We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, BDD/TDD methodologies, and DevOps integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud environments, and both manual and automated testing. The role requires close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, PyTest, Selenium, and Cucumber.

Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Perform manual testing along with white-box and black-box testing.

Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Docker.

Work with Azure-based environments and PySpark applications.

Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and security testing as required.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Project management exposure

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with PyTest framework

Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber

BDD and TDD methodology experience

CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, Git, Docker)

Experience with Azure cloud platform

Manual testing experience

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

White-box and Black-box testing knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with PySpark

DevOps knowledge

Agile/Scrum framework experience

Regression testing expertise

Performance testing and/or security testing knowledge

Basic knowledge of Java (if applicable)
