The Opportunity:

ECI has an exciting Opportunity for Senior AI Engineer . We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gen AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, Multimodal AI and software engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions using Python. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models to solve complex business problems, with a focus on Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs.

This is an Onsite role.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop AI models:
  • Design, implement, and fine-tune Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs) and NLP models for tasks such as text generation, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Agentic RAG pipelines for context-aware query responses.
• Implement Knowledge Graphs and Vector Databases for efficient data retrieval and contextual linking.
• Deploy and monitor models:
  • Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Monitor model performance, ensure reliability, and implement improvements for accuracy and scalability.
• API Integration: Proficiency in integrating AI models with various APIs to enhance functionality and streamline workflows
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI apply them to improve existing systems.

Who you are:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI and Python.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex,
• Deep Learning: Knowledge of neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Techniques for text processing, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.
• Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus (Nice to have):

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
