Senior Software Engineer - Backend

GoodScore is looking for a Senior Backend Developer.

Experience Level: 2-4 Years

CTC: 25-40 LPA (depending upon the experience)

Location: Bengaluru, KA

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, Node.js, Golang,

Python, C, C++).

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

•⁠ ⁠2-4 years of hands-on experience in coding and tackling large-scale technical challenges.

•⁠ ⁠Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding a team.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web-based applications.

•⁠ ⁠Lead high-level system design and architecture, including functional modeling and module

breakdown.

•⁠ ⁠Perform performance tuning and optimization in large-scale distributed systems.

•⁠ ⁠Implement incremental architectural enhancements and conduct impact analysis to improve system

robustness.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and skill development within the team.
