Position Overview: -

This role involves translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will act as a key contributor and mentor within the team, driving process improvements, supporting cross-functional projects, and maintaining production integrity while collaborating with stakeholders and customers.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Job Description: Responsibilities: -

• Join the ServiceNow Order Management team
• Analyze and assess the legacy Amadeus tool for Airline ordering (functional and technical)
• Understand our current ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation
• Interact with experts on both sides (legacy and ServiceNow) to gather "as is" and define a "to be"
• Deliverable: define the migration strategy from the legacy tool (Order Online) to ServiceNow OM (steps, prerequisites, timeline, constraints)
  
  

Profile

• Excellent analytical / assessment skills, excellent communication and reporting
• Ability to lead autonomously and coordinate with different stakeholders (project mgt skills)
• Knowledge of Order Management process is a plus
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
• Understanding of technical concepts is required
  
  

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
