Senior Software Engineer - C#.NET, Desktop Dev. (6+ years)

About the role:

We are currently seeking senior level candidates to fill the position of Senior Software Engineer in the Accounting, Tax and Practice Technology organization.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Perform product design, system analysis, and implement necessary software changes and enhancements.
• Contribute to the security, scalability, and performance of our systems.
• Collaborate with the team’s Software Engineers and Analysts, as well as across teams, to establish requirements and develop solutions.
• Assist Analysts in researching reported issues, verifying bugs, and testing changes for release.
• Document bugs, fixes, and enhancements in the applicable tracking systems.
• Work as part of an Agile development team delivering high quality software.
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or related technical discipline
• 6+ years of professional development experience
• C# .NET, Rest API 
• Perl (Good to have)
• React/Angular
• SQL server or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of AWS
• Linux (Good to have)
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, ElasticSearch and standard microservice patterns are a plus
