Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (WordPress / PHP / React.js)

Location: Remote (Pune, MH)

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm IST Mon to Fri

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary: ₹10L to ₹14L CTC

Job Description

Are you a full-stack senior software engineer with background in WordPress / PHP / React.js who is looking to work in a fast growing product startup with pre-seed funding (instead of a boring service based agency).

You'll be working on a full-fledged, enterprise grade SaaS product built on WordPress that's already handling over 85k+ users and millions of requests every month.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve custom features for our complex SaaS product using WordPress, Custom PHP, React,js etc.
• Build native integrations with 3rd party tools like Hubspot, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Pabbly and more.
• Custom plugin development for our WordPress integration plugin.
• Build / update custom REST APIs.
• Collaborate with the development team for building new features, fix bugs, make updates, knowledge sharing, training etc.

We're looking for a candidate who:

• Loves to build stuff and has OCD for quality code
• Is excellent in backend: PHP, custom WordPress and WooCommerce development
• Is good in frontend: HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and React.js
• Knows WordPress core, REST API, Bedrock, Composer, WP CLI and WP best practices
• Can learn, adapt and implement 3rd party API and build internal APIs
• Can work independently and generate bug-free code, the first time around
• Have decent experience with dev tools like Git, Postman etc
• Is easy to work and is a team player
• Needless to say, becomes 3x productive using ChatGPT
