What You’ll Do

You'll be at the forefront of leading the design, development, and maintenance of applications and

systems built on the Microsoft .NET framework. This role goes beyond coding to include architectural

decisions, team mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You'll get to sink your teeth into exciting

projects like:

● Lead Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable,

high-performance applications using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 8).

● Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into efficient,

well-architected technical solutions.

● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

and design patterns (e.g., MVC, SOLID principles).

● Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and support the professional

growth of junior and mid-level developers.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,

DevOps engineers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

● Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, bottlenecks, and bugs

in existing applications.

● Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

to recommend and implement system enhancements.

● Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored

procedures in relational and/or NoSQL databases.

What We Are Looking for

● 10+ years working experience using Microsoft technology stacks

● 3-5 years’ experience using Microsoft ASP.Net and .NET framework (C#/VB.NET

● Experience with .NET Core & AI tools like Copilot, Claude, Cursor

● Experience developing Web API and Microservices

● Experience working on front end technologies such as AngularJS/React

● Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines (GIT, DevOps)

● Database SQL skills (Oracle/ SQL Server/NoSQL)

● Development patterns & practices (MVC/MVVM/etc.)

● Skills and experience in analysing business processes and requirements, and the ability to

prepare functional and technical documentation
