Primary Responsibilities

- Developing Front-End Architecture: Designing and implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
- Building Back-End Services: Creating server-side logic using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA
- Database Management: Designing and managing databases, writing complex SQL queries, and ensuring data integrity and security
- API Development and Integration: Developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Testing and Debugging: Writing unit tests, performing integration testing, and debugging code to ensure high-quality software
- Version Control: Using version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes and collaborate with other developers
- Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying applications to production environments and maintaining them, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and the development process
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development roles
- Proven track record of developing and deploying web applications
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React)
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
- Soft Skills:
- Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proven solid organizational and time management skills
- Continuous Learning:
- Proven willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Relevant certifications in Java, web development, or full stack development
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
