Job Tittle: Sr Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
Blaize has state of art general purpose Graph Streaming Processor(GSP), we intend to deploy ML inference solutions on the same. In order to deploy ML inference solutions, we support ML frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, ONNX, TVM, MLIR, etc. & their respective backend implementations for Blaize GSP.
We are looking for software engineers who have already contributed to any of ML framework development software stack like tensorflow, pytorch, ONNX, TVM, MLIR,etc., with requirements as below -
- Should be well versed with quantization techniques & algorithms used in ML frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, ONNX, TVM, MLIR, etc.
- Should be able to debug, maintain & contribute to ML framework software stack for tensorflow, pytorch, ONNX, TVM, MLIR, etc.
- Working knowledge & lower level implementation of compute intensive inference kernels like conv2d, conv3d, batchnorm, matmul, etc.
- Network Optimization, Node fusion, graph lowering & raising, adding custom operations, profiling & performance fine tuning.
- Hands on experience in C, C++, Python
- Strong debugging & programming skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- One should have a strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of coding and good problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of working on complex systems or software products.
- Experience with software lifecycle management (design, development, deployment, and maintenance).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach complex problems methodically.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
