Were seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET Core) with strong expertise in backend and front-end technologies, who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end software solutions using .NET Core with a modern front-end technology and strong database integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, performance optimization, and seamless deployment of software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party systems efficiently.
• Implement and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Work with modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and any contemporary front-end framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code following object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
• Utilize design patterns, multi-threading, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, QA teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture design, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Work with version control tools such as Git, BitBucket, or SVN and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET / C# development.
• Proven experience with MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API development.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; experience with Angular or React is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with WCF, RESTful services, and WebSockets preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Exposure to Node.js, TypeScript, or microservices architecture.
• Experience in developing applications for utility or government domains.
