What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working with a team of seasoned engineers who take pride to write robust & secure code for Ivanti Secure Access VPN Client on macOS platform as part of unified desktop team. You would be empowered to gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams and make architectural decisions. You will be asked to churn top-notch quality code using TDD and then qualify same using functional testing & automation suites to avoid any regression issues in field.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education with 4-6 years of work experience
Strong Programming experience on macOS (not iOS) using languages like Objective-C/Swift and C++ with OOPS & multi-threading concepts
Good to have exposure to System/Network Programming on Linux
Fair understanding of System Extensions like Network Extension and Endpoint Security on macOS
Hands-on experience with process debugging, performance optimization and crash dump analysis using available tools on macOS/Linux
Should be familiar with TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, IPSec, SSL/TLS, PKCS basics
Demonstrate experience troubleshooting internet traffic using Wireshark & command line on macOS/Linux
Beyond extensive technical focus, this role requires the ability to communicate issues and recommendations clearly and concisely and build broad relationships with influencers to impact key business results. You are passionate about improving the customer support experience and the product by collaborating with software developers to recommend feature improvements.
