Senior Software Engineer - Quality

This role directly contributes to our automation roadmap, powered by strong internal frameworks, modern CI/CD pipelines, and AI-driven QA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable UI/API test automation using Java and Selenium or Playwright.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate test case creation, RCA analysis, and triaging.
• Implement and fine-tune AI-based utilities such as test case generators, root cause analysis bots, and smart test suite optimizers.
• Design and implement retry mechanisms and stable test pipelines integrated into GitLab CI.
• Contribute to automation governance, tagging standards, and structured reporting using tools like Allure and Extent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product, and Engineering.
• Implement intelligent tagging, anomaly detection, and test optimization initiatives.
• Drive innovation in quality engineering using LLMs, automation triggers, and test selection techniques.
  
  

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in QA automation and test platform development.
• Proficiency in Java and strong hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted workflows and tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Experience designing and integrating test pipelines in GitLab or similar CI/CD systems.
• Strong understanding of test design, mocking/stubbing, and reporting standards.
• Excellent debugging and analysis skills with a focus on test stability and reliability.
• Experience contributing to internal test platforms/frameworks used across teams.

• Experience building or contributing to AI-based test accelerators.
• Exposure to test impact analysis, flaky test detection, or failure clustering.
