Role Description

We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our team and play a key role in building engaging, scalable, and reliable mobile experiences for our users. You will be responsible for developing high-quality applications that run seamlessly on both iOS and Android.

Your first big project will involve building out our new community feature — a space where users can interact and connect (think along the lines of a Facebook-style feed, chat, and discussions). Over time, you will also contribute to other areas of our application, ensuring continuous growth and impact in shaping the future of Inito’s mobile platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and scalable mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and team brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and propose improvements to our tech stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in React Native, with proven success in shipping production-ready apps.
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture (including the new Fabric, TurboModules, and JSI), components, hooks, and state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Strong debugging skills using tools such as Flipper, Chrome DevTools, or Xcode/Android Studio.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and knowledge of the iOS/Android mobile ecosystems.
• Experience with native modules and integrating platform-specific code when needed.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, security, and mobile UX best practices.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire peers.

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency in Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Prior experience working on brownfield React Native projects (integrating React Native into existing native apps)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app development.
• Basic understanding of backend systems (APIs, databases).
