- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Build extensible and reusable user interface and service components for seamless customer experience
- Drive adoption of enterprise strategies in product and ensure alignment of solutions with business and broader engineering teams Software deliverables along with quality and compliance
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to prioritize, plan and manage the activities of the team
- Adopt and drive security and compliance requirements to ensure product is secured
- Continuously evaluate and improve the engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping them overcome challenges and make informed decisions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- B.Tech/M. Tech or MCA
- 4+ years of technical experience in React development
- 4+ years of experience with React, NodeJS, and Public Cloud - Azure
- 4+ years of experience with web with relation to the User interface, experience and design
- 4+ years of experience with microservices/APIs with deeper understanding of client and server topology and communication using Java or Spring Stack
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience in Data Science
