We are early in our journey, which means frontend engineers at Univlane play a foundational role in shaping user experience, frontend architecture, and engineering best practices as the product scales.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build high-quality, scalable user interfaces for Univlane’s platform. This role focuses on creating clean, reliable, and performant frontend systems that work seamlessly with backend services and AI-driven workflows.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex functionality into intuitive, well-crafted user experiences.

What You’ll Do
Frontend Engineering
● Design, build, and maintain frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
● Implement reusable, well-structured UI components and frontend architecture
● Translate product and design requirements into high-quality user interfaces
● Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and usability
Platform & Integration
● Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI-powered workflows
● Handle complex UI state, async data flows, and error scenarios gracefully
● Work with data-rich and workflow-heavy screens such as dashboards and forms
● Ensure consistent behavior across browsers and devices
Ownership & Quality
● Own frontend features end to end: design, implementation, testing, and release
● Contribute to frontend standards, tooling, and best practices
● Review code, mentor engineers, and raise the frontend engineering bar
● Collaborate closely with design and product to refine UX details

What You’ll Bring
● Strong experience building frontend applications using React.js
● Experience with Next.js and modern frontend patterns
● Solid fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
● Strong understanding of component-driven development and frontend architecture
● Experience integrating frontend systems with APIs and backend services
● Ability to work independently with high ownership in an evolving environment
● Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have
● Experience building B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy applications
● Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards
● Exposure to analytics, experimentation, or feature measurement
● Experience working closely with design systems
● Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading frontend initiatives
