Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - SSRS

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - SSRS with 4 to 8 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Angular, NodeJS, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. This role requires hands-on development experience and the ability to guide junior developers while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative solutions using Angular, NodeJS, and related technologies.
• Develop both backend services and client-side components for full-stack solution delivery.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and high-quality design principles.
• Communicate effectively with clients and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with business teams to understand functionality, composition, and user requirements.
• Participate in effort estimations, design discussions, and technical support.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and leadership.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate
• Docker Certified Associate
• Kubernetes Certification
• Angular/NodeJS Certification

Primary Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Angular, NodeJS, NestJS, Kafka, Redis, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Full-stack development, including RESTful API integration.
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, containerized applications).
• Strong experience with Databases (RDBMS, Document Database).
• Experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git, TFS).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Secondary Skills:

• Exposure to advanced AWS services and experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
