Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, the task will include

• Techno-functional analysis of client reported tickets
• Direct interaction with clients to understand their requirement and troubleshoot issues.
• Working in rotational shifts (including US business hours) to support clients
• Debugging of issues/defects to identify
• Defects in code
• Possible root cause
• Possible fix for the defect
• Possible data fixes/temp patches
• Mentoring team members

• Cobol, JCL, VSAM, MF COBOL
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good Technical and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude
