Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a seasoned Power BI developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. This leadership role combines hands-on technical development, team management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that BI initiatives effectively support critical business decisions

Your future duties and responsibilities

end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for seamless data
  
  

integration.

• Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers; conduct code reviews and enforce
  
  

best practices.

• Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to reporting
  
  

architecture.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must to have Skills-

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting.

• Strong understanding of data models, attributes, and regulatory requirements.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, performance tuning).
• Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance
  
  

optimization).

• Proven expertise in SSRS and Report Builder.
  
  

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring BI teams.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance.
• Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs.
• Ability to implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting
  
  

enhancements.
