JD for the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Contractor –
- The candidate must be capable of independently executing techno-functional tasks within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud platform.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM is required.
- Proven expertise in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or Performance Management.
- Strong technical proficiency is essential, particularly in:
- BI Publisher (including conditional formatting),
- OTBI (with advanced SQL skills),
- HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
- A solid educational background in a relevant professional or technical discipline is required.
- Responsibilities include designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new or existing software systems and applications.
