DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Cloud and Generative AI to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining advanced cloud engineering with code evaluation for GenAI models. You will lead cloud-first initiatives, build scalable evaluation frameworks, and work across teams to ensure that AI-generated code and cloud deployments meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and refine cloud-based solutions for running and evaluating GenAI models at scale.
- Write, test, and optimize code to solve real-world challenges.
- Develop automated frameworks for validating cloud-deployed AI code and workflows.
- Ensure code and infrastructure are robust, efficient, and secure in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate cloud-based feedback loops into AI model development.

Job Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience delivering complex software and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong coding skills in at least one: Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems for cloud deployments.
- Ability to evaluate and improve the efficiency, scalability, and security of cloud-native applications.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs and cloud deployment of AI/ML models.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in building data pipelines and integrating AI evaluation workflows in the cloud.
