What You’ll Build
• The Simulation Engine

• AI-driven workflows (LLMs • agents • evaluators)

• Scalable backend systems (Python/Node, microservices)

• Real-time simulation UI
• Secure enterprise integrations & infra

Who You Are
• 4–8 yrs in backend or full-stack

• Strong in Python/Node + system design

• Good with APIs, cloud, databases

• Curious about AI (LLMs, agents, RAG)

• High ownership, fast execution, clean code

• Comfortable working directly with the founder

Bonus - Good to haves
• Workflow engines, automation, gaming/simulation experience

• Vector DBs or agent frameworks

• BFSI/IT workflow exposure

• Built large internal tools or multi-module platforms
